Local Realtor Earns Seniors Specialist Designation

       NORTH CONWAY, NH—Suzie Laskin, a Realtor with Prudential Joy Tarbell Realty in North Conway Village was recently awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) professional designation by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council in Murphys, California. A Senior Real Estate Specialist helps seniors make informed decisions about real estate issues that impact their future such as selling the family home, buying rental property or managing capital gains and estate tax implications. Other complex or emotional decisions like obtaining a reverse mortgage or moving to a senior community are other areas that are considered when planning age-related real estate investment issues.

       According to Joy Tarbell, broker/owner of Prudential Joy Tarbell Realty, "Suzie continues to excel in the real estate business because she invests time in improving those skills that will help her better serve her customers." She continued, " There is a growing population of retirees and older second home buyers coming into this market.
